The Duke University's U.N. Climate Change Negotiations Practicum will be offered during the Fall 2020 Semester. This course explores international climate change negotiations and climate policy under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). Participation in this year's Practicum is open to graduate and upper-level undergraduate students at Duke University. The faculty sponsors for the course are Professors Jonathan Wiener (Duke Law) and Billy Pizer (Sanford School of Public Policy), and the course leaders are graduate students Marie McNamara and Zukhruf Amjad.

Typically students are asked to submit a short application to join the 2020 UNFCCC Practicum. To prepare for the application period, we are holding a zoom information session. This information session will give an overview of the application process, address how students can benefit from the course, and answer any student questions.

If you are interested in attending our information session on June 16th at 6pm EST, please fill out this form, and we will then send the zoom link directly. If you cannot attend and are still interested, please also fill out the form so we can send you the session recording. If you have any questions at this time, please contact Marie McNamara and Zukhruf Amjad.
