About
Despite resistance to climate change policy and action at the federal level, the Nicholas School of the Environment and Duke Boston are committed to forward progress. This program will feature professional and personal insights from Duke alumni on climate action and risk mitigation. Our four speakers will address topics ranging from managing investments in clean technology startups, to climate change resilience design and implementation, to climate change humanitarian programs that help those in poverty adapt to the changing environment. This event will include a moderated panel, Q &A, opportunities for conversation and a continental breakfast.
Speakers include:
- Alison Ernst '09 (Senior Manager of Investments, Massachusetts Clean Energy Center)
- Eric Howard MEM'89 (Corporate Partnerships Manager, Oxfam)
- Todd Munson '09 (Project Manager, GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc.)
- Nick Wildman MEM'05 (Restoration Specialist, Massachusetts Division of Ecological Restoration)
