Do you have an idea for a startup, or have you identified an urgent problem you want to solve? Are you looking to connect and partner with other students across Duke? Present your idea, find teams, and explore many of the entrepreneurship programs at Duke.
Present your Startup Idea or Problem Area of Interest to match with teammates. Students can also just attend and join fellow students interested in entrepreneurship, advisors, and program staff for this event. Either way, they will conduct matching for any of the many entrepreneurship programs at Duke, including the Program for Entrepreneurs (P4E), Melissa & Doug Entrepreneurs, the Duke Startup Challenge, and more!
This will be a great opportunity for students to hear pitches from others who have Startup Ideas and Problem Areas of Interest, find teams that they might want to join, and connect with potential mentors and advisors.
Presentations are meant to be INTERACTIVE. Slides are preferred, but not necessary.
For those pitching, you will have 5 minutes total:
- 3 minutes to pitch your Startup Idea or Problem Area of Interest, and
- 2 minutes of Q&A with Advisors and the audience.
The GOAL is to:
- help attract teammates, and
- start a dialogue with potential mentors and advisors.
Open to all Duke students; register by December 9 to pitch or listen.
